To support the launch of a new feature, I led a full redesign of the OneView “Create a New Site” experience. The goal was to streamline setup for MSPs managing multiple sites and enable faster site creation using reusable templates.

Partnering with product and engineering, I reimagined the multi-step wizard into a simplified, two-page flow that improves clarity, reduces redundancy, and scales more efficiently. Through close collaboration, we balanced usability and technical feasibility to deliver a faster, more intuitive experience for managing and creating sites at scale.
